To help your body, you need to give up sugar, drastically limit the use of confectionery and fresh flour, eat less salt, give preference to vegetables, which requires a kefir diet.

Kefir diet number 1

  • Breakfast(kefir diet) - a small piece of young, low-fat cheese, 100 g of any freshly squeezed fruit juice, a small piece of whole wheat bread.
  • Lunch(kefir diet): a portion of vegetable salad, a hard-boiled egg, a slice of whole wheat bread, a glass of low-fat kefir.
  • Dinner(kefir diet) - a serving of fresh vegetable salad seasoned with a teaspoon of vegetable oil, a meat or fish dish of your choice. As a garnish, the same vegetable salad or porridge. The only exceptions are potatoes and pasta.
  • Afternoon snack(kefir diet) - any fruit of your choice in any quantity.
  • Dinner(kefir diet) - a piece of boiled fish, fresh or boiled vegetables, a small piece of whole wheat bread.

Before going to bed, you are entitled to a glass of milk, which provides a kefir diet.

  • Afternoon snack(kefir diet) - any fruit of your choice in any quantity.
  • Dinner(kefir diet) - a slice of black bread, cheese, tea with unsweetened milk.

Before going to bed, drink a glass of kefir, which is required by the kefir diet.
